We use evidence-based curricula with demonstrated effectiveness in children and teens developed by The Mindfulness in Schools Project and affiliated with Cambridge and Exeter Universities. We are certified to teach the curriculum to ages 7-18 using the .b and Paws .b programs. Click here to watch a video about children and school staff sharing their experiences with the curriculum.
